1) HIGHEST QUALITY CONSTRUCTION    

   Hardwood Solid Walls 1-1/2" (3.81cm) thick  

   Finger Joint Paint Grade 1-1/2" (3.81cm) thick

   no veneers

   12 Staves per column

   no joins on the staves up to 137" (3.479m)  

   Sanded to 120

2) SUPERIOR GRADE WOODS     24 Woods - Ready to Stain

All woods are hand picked

Kiln dried 7-8% (Furniture dry level)

Riff Sawn (ie 90% turns)

no centers used

All trimmed at both ends

Sanded to 120 - ready to finish

3) PRECISION MANUFACTURING

For Tuscan Columns:  (made in North America)

All capitals & bases are solid wood

Shafts are precision turned - Tapered or Non-Tapered

4" shafts or smaller are solid wood, 5" or greater are wood staves

Decorative Capitals:  Hand Carved from solid wood staves
