All load plugs are custom made as per your size requirements. There are a few examples on this page. Why White Oak plugs. If one were to make a load bearing plug from Pressure Treated wood, once it dries it begins to shrink and delaminate creating multiple gaps in the material taking you back to where you started with rotted bases. Our White Oak plugs are made from kiln dried materials glued together with exterior glue and shaped on a lathe to the size specified for heights and diameters. All are custom quoted. |
